Scheduling

Hours for checkrides are from 0700-1700, every other Tues-Friday and/or Sat as required.  

• If you need your checkride on a Saturday, please text me

Types of Bookings:  Private Pilot only

To Schedule: 

1. Open the "Calendly" link

2. Select the date/time you want 

3. Fill out the required information 

4. Submit - you will receive a confirmation email and the name of the person who booked the slot will appear on the calendar on the previous page.

I cannot accept a booking less than 48 hours within a checkride date. 

After scheduling:  

• Check your email for scheduling confirmation 

• Download and review the Exam Information sheet (below)

• Email the required student documents within the time frames described

  • • Certificate - front/back; signed

    • Government Issued ID - front/back

    • Medical

    • Airman Knowledge Report

• Submit these documents as soon as possible, but no later than

  • • 7 days after scheduling the checkride

    • immediately if scheduling under 7 days

Your spot could be forfeited if I do not receive these documents 

within these time frames.

There are documents that CAN and SHOULD be sent to me prior to the checkride.

Backup Scheduling: If you would like to be put on a cancellation/waiting list, let me know.  You may only get 48 hours notice, so this is reserved for applicants who are ready.
