PURPOSE: Issuance of a U.S. pilot Certficate and/or rating on the basis of a foreign pilot license
The applicant must meet the appropriate eligibilty requirements of 14CFR Part 61 and the above referenced document.

After you have read through the referenced documents and completed all requirements, you will schedule a meeting with a Flight Standards District Office or a Designated Examiner with Administrative approval. Prior to the meeting, please ensure your IACRA application has been completed and that for the meeting you have all of the required documents. If either of these are missing or incomplete, the application cannot be processed.
The representative will review your application and documents, then determine if a certificate can be issued, not issued, or denied.
